Hello and Welcome to Sparky Neurons! My name is Tash and I am your trainer.
How did I get started with Neurofeedback?
My own journey with neurofeedback started back in 2018 when I was supporting a family member with major depressive disorder.

After searching to find a natural cure luckily we found NeurOptimal®Neurofeedback. After just one session they 'popped out' of major depressive disorder. It was nothing short of a miracle for us.

Mental health is hard work for both the ill person and their carers. The basics of living such as, socialising, eating, sleeping, working,  impact these lives in a really hard way, so you can imagine our relief when there was a big shift after this one session.

Caring for a family member is very stressful, so,the whole family started training with NeurOptimal® and were able to recover from stress much quicker.

These miraculous style shifts and changes do happen and I have seen it more than one time now, but please know that every nervous system has the intelligence to re-organise itself to move away from discomfort in it's own time and with brain training, it will , and sometimes it needs a batch of sessions to build the flexibility back so it can be in it's natural state of resilience to adapt to life's stressors with a lot more ease.

So, we kept on training and now my dear family member has been free of depression for over 2.5 years now. Life has not stopped throwing challenges, like lockdowns, relationship issues, work issues but they are now able to react in an adaptable way with resilience to these stressors. The are able to work, create, have healthy relationships and look after themselves.

So, after seeing this in my own family, I trained in NeurOptimal®Neurofeedback.
I am honoured and grateful to be able to support others so they can train and heal themselves with the many issues we all face in todays wonderful world.
What I love about brain training with NeurOptimal® is that we train past the anxiety and depression e.t.c and then start to gain much sharper focus, increased awareness and consciousness, calmness in every day life, building resilience and spending a lot more time in the present moment, getting a lot more done!
